End-to-End Encryption

Browser profile data synchronized through Cloud Sync is encrypted on your device before it is transmitted to our infrastructure.

The encrypted data remains encrypted while stored on our servers.

The encryption keys remain under your control.

Native Touch Ltd. does not possess the keys required to decrypt synchronized browser profiles.

Because of this architecture, we cannot:

  • Read your synchronized cookies
  • View Local Storage
  • Inspect IndexedDB
  • Access synchronized browser sessions
  • Analyze synchronized browser profile contents
  • Recover encrypted profile data on your behalf

This design is commonly referred to as a Zero-Knowledge Architecture.

3.4 Technical Information

To provide, secure and improve our Services, we automatically collect limited technical information including:

  • IP address
  • Browser version
  • Operating system
  • Application version
  • Device identifiers generated by the application
  • Login timestamps
  • API request metadata
  • Error logs

We do not collect the contents of your synchronized encrypted browser profiles.

8. Zero-Knowledge Cloud Architecture

NullPrint is designed around a Zero-Knowledge Cloud Architecture.

Browser profile data synchronized using Cloud Sync is encrypted before leaving your device.

Our servers store encrypted profile data but cannot decrypt or inspect its contents because the encryption keys remain under your control.

Consequently:

  • We cannot inspect synchronized browser profiles.
  • We cannot read cookies stored in Cloud Sync.
  • We cannot analyze Local Storage or IndexedDB stored through Cloud Sync.
  • We cannot use synchronized browser profile contents for analytics or advertising.
  • We cannot disclose decrypted browser profile contents to third parties because we do not possess the encryption keys.

This zero-knowledge architecture applies only to synchronized browser profile data and does not apply to account information, billing information, support communications, or technical metadata required to operate the Services.

9. Sharing Information

We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate our Services, including:

  • Payment processors
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Infrastructure providers
  • Email delivery providers
  • Customer support systems
