NullPrint Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NullPrint platform, desktop applications, browser extensions, mobile applications, APIs, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Native Touch Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom.
By creating an account, accessing, downloading, purchasing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
Account means a registered user account.
Profile means a browser environment created through the Services, including its configuration, browser fingerprint settings, storage, cookies, and associated metadata.
User means any individual or organization accessing the Services.
Subscription means any paid plan purchased through NullPrint.
Content means all information, browser profiles, files, settings, cookies, automation tasks, API requests, or other data stored or processed through the Services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
By using the Services you represent and warrant that:
- you have legal authority to enter into these Terms;
- all information provided during registration is accurate;
- you will maintain accurate account information;
- your use of the Services complies with applicable laws.
4. Service Description
NullPrint provides software and cloud services designed to assist users with browser profile management, browser fingerprint configuration, automation workflows, session management, and related privacy tools.
The Services may include:
- Browser profile management
- Browser fingerprint configuration
- Cloud synchronization
- Local encrypted storage
- Team collaboration
- Automation task management
- Browser launch management
- Browser extensions
- Android applications
- APIs
- Residential and third-party proxy support
- Warmup and profile aging features
- Cookie generation and management tools
- Cloud backup services
NullPrint does not guarantee that any configuration, browser profile, or browser fingerprint will avoid detection by any third party.
5. User Accounts
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
You agree to:
- maintain accurate information;
- keep your password confidential;
- immediately notify NullPrint of unauthorized account access;
- accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
Accounts may not be transferred without our written permission.
6. Subscription Plans
Certain Services require an active paid subscription.
Subscriptions may include:
- Monthly plans
- Annual plans
- Enterprise plans
- Trial plans
- Promotional plans
Features vary depending on the selected plan.
7. Billing
Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Cryptomus.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method.
Subscription fees are payable in advance.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
You may cancel renewal at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for the current billing period.
9. Free Trials
NullPrint may offer free trials.
We reserve the right to:
- determine eligibility,
- modify trial duration,
- terminate trials,
- restrict multiple trial accounts.
Trial abuse may result in permanent account suspension.
10. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully.
You agree not to:
- violate applicable laws;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- distribute malware;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with platform security;
- overload our infrastructure;
- reverse engineer proprietary systems except where permitted by law;
- abuse APIs;
- use stolen payment methods;
- create fraudulent accounts.
11. Browser Profiles
Browser profiles are created based on user-selected settings.
NullPrint provides tools for managing browser characteristics but does not guarantee compatibility with any website or platform.
Browser fingerprints evolve as browsers, operating systems, and websites change.
12. Automation Features
Automation tools are provided solely as technical utilities.
Users remain solely responsible for:
- tasks they create,
- websites they interact with,
- compliance with applicable laws,
- compliance with third-party terms of service.
NullPrint does not monitor or approve automation workflows.
13. Proxy Services
Users may:
- connect their own proxies,
- use integrated proxy providers where available.
NullPrint is not responsible for third-party proxy availability, uptime, performance, legality, or reliability.
14. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, branding, graphics, source code, documentation, APIs, website content, and proprietary technologies remain the exclusive property of Native Touch Ltd.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
Except as expressly permitted, users may not:
- copy,
- modify,
- redistribute,
- sublicense,
- decompile,
- create derivative works from the Services.
15. User Content
Users retain ownership of the content they upload or create using the Services.
By using the Services, users grant NullPrint a limited license to process, transmit, store, and back up such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
16. Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by the NullPrint Privacy Policy.
17. Availability
We strive to maintain reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, updates, network issues, or third-party outages may temporarily affect the Services.
18. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access if:
- payments fail;
- these Terms are violated;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- security risks arise;
- required by law.
19. Termination
Users may close their accounts at any time.
Native Touch Ltd. may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or where continued service would pose legal, operational, or security risks.
Termination does not relieve users of outstanding payment obligations.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Native Touch Ltd. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Native Touch Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
22. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Native Touch Ltd., its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be announced through the website, application, or email where appropriate.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
