Extension Sharing Across Your Organization

NullPrint allows shared profiles within the same organization to carry their extension setup. When an authorized team member accesses the same profile on another device, the platform detects which extensions belong to that profile and automatically reinstalls supported extensions during launch.

How It Works

Extensions in NullPrint are linked to the browser profile rather than globally to every user account. This means the extension setup goes with the shared profile itself. When another authorized user under the same organization opens that profile, NullPrint checks the saved extension list, installs the required extensions, and restores the compatible synced browser state if available.

What Gets Shared

The system shares the extension configuration of the profile, including which extensions should be present. If cloud sync is enabled for that profile, encrypted browser-backed state can also be restored on another authorized device. This helps ensure compatible extensions return with more of their previous state instead of appearing as a fresh install.

What Stays Secure

Profile sync data is transferred through encrypted cloud sync, so shared profile state is not sent openly between users or devices. Only authorized devices within the same organization can access the synced profile state that belongs to that profile.

Important Compatibility Note

Not all browser extensions store their data in the same way. Some extensions work well with restored browser-backed state, while others may need an extra sign-in, unlock, or internal setup step after reinstall. Therefore, extension sharing is better viewed as profile-based extension continuity, not a universal guarantee that every extension will return in a fully active state.
